Did you buy your bike used or brand new? Of the 19,998 miles, how many of those miles are actually yours? If they are all your miles, I rest my case for I will never break your record.

Except for the 7 the test ride kid at the dealer did they are mine.:Venture:

240K for a '99 is impressive. This tells you that the Venture engine is capable given proper maintenance.

What would really impress me is for someone to say that an '05 or say '06 Venture with over 200K miles...but this is just very unrealistic. :8:

Kawasaki fans are looking forward to the new Voyager. I have not seen one at a dealership yet, but have heard from a lot of Kawa forum members who went to Bike shows that the styling and the new size engine looks promising (1700 cc) V-Twin.

We are planning to ride down to Chantilly, Va. this coming Saturday for the Bike Show...weather permitting and am also looking forward to actually see the Voyager in person.

I just had Kenda Kruz tires put on my 09 Venture S. I read many threads and sounded like they are good tires. The shop that put them on for me was not happy about them. They said they are to hard and if I drop it to low on a corner I will drop it. From what I read many riders liked them. I pick my bike up tomorrow and will get the first ride in.

My question is:

Is anyone riding on them and having any issues and what tire pressure?

I do have another ? what determans a 1st and 2nd generation Venture.

Thanks

I bought a pair last year and I like them. Have about 4500 miles on them already and very little wear. I've rode them in 30 degree, 90+ degrees and in the rain I think they handle very well. I've had to lock the brakes up a couple times and they grabbed well. I was told I would not like them by local dealer and I know why now, I'm not buying another set of tires at 4000 mi. Have about a 6000 mi trip coming up in Jul and I don't think I'll need to change them after that either. Just my two cents.

Ride safe,
