rear floorboards

does anyone have any gently used chrome rear floorboards taking up space in there garage they would like to part with? i dont want to pay the dealer price for them yet. oh yeah for the 2nd Gen rsv ( i think the blue and black is faster than the faded blue) hehehehehehe

Thats what I ment. It causes senses of false security and makes you see things that aren't there. Like the 1st gen in your rear view. Just a dream!!

Every day, go out to your bike. usse semichrome on the floorboards. After 25 years of doing this, they will look like chrome. Now, if you want it done faster, ask Greyfox what he used. His look great...

 

I agree the blue/black is faster.

The boards are aluminum. Polish them yourself for the cost of the polish and beer.

Here's an example of a polished aluminum board off a 1stGen. Cost about $40 bucks to have the parts buffed out. Cheaper than buying new ones....
