kenw Posted December 13, 2008 #1 Posted December 13, 2008 http://tinyurl.com/62klj6 for all the airship guys!!
MAINEAC Posted December 13, 2008 #2 Posted December 13, 2008 Can't get the link here... My Zone Alarm blocks tiny.urls as a potential threat... I find it easier to type some text like Ventureriders... then highlight it click the little globe icon in the toolbar to insert link .. then paste the address like http://www.venturerider.org/modules/Jig/index.php into the popup box and it turns venturiders into a clickable link... At least that's what works for me
Ponch Posted December 13, 2008 #3 Posted December 13, 2008 I couldn't imagine some of those maneuvres on a craft of that weight. Very impressive.
george c Posted December 13, 2008 #4 Posted December 13, 2008 you had to do it. now there is something else that i want. where can i take one out for a test ride ??? George C.
BoomerCPO Posted December 13, 2008 #5 Posted December 13, 2008 My Venture gits better gas mileage..... and how can ya pick up babes that high in the sky!!
Mariner Fan Posted December 13, 2008 #6 Posted December 13, 2008 I've seen other video's of the Raptor's maneuverability. It's truly outstanding. I doubt anything can compete with this plane.
craigatcsi Posted December 13, 2008 #7 Posted December 13, 2008 I think my beard grew a little just watching that!! (testosterone). That is outstanding. For those of you in the military that get to &/or got to be around that stuff - I am VERY jealous of you. (I tried to get in twice, but couldn't pass the physical) craigr
Ivan Posted December 14, 2008 #8 Posted December 14, 2008 I've seen other video's of the Raptor's maneuverability. It's truly outstanding. I doubt anything can compete with this plane. The Russians have been doing the vectored thrust longer, and I think the SU-37 is quicker on the draw, BUT the F22 has stealth and we have been doing stealth longer. It doesn't matter how fast they can point the nose, if they don't know you're there.
Dragonslayer Posted December 14, 2008 #9 Posted December 14, 2008 Oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooollllllllllllllllllllllll
dr_bar Posted December 14, 2008 #10 Posted December 14, 2008 Yes, I had to shut off zone alarm to see that video. totally cool... For anyone that has the same issue with Zonealarm... F22 Raptor
bongobobny Posted December 14, 2008 #11 Posted December 14, 2008 Impressive indeed!! I'm proud to work for a company that makes some parts for that airship, and have personally built and tested a few myself!
