az1103 Posted December 12, 2008 #1 Posted December 12, 2008 At the Long Beach show I saw a new trike kit. The first is a GW the second a Honda cruiser. They look good...Has anyone seen these? Also here are some Voyager pix. More flash than substance IMHO.....
Lone Eagle Posted December 12, 2008 #2 Posted December 12, 2008 Thanks for sharing the pics. That is a crazy looking trike kit - wonder if whoever that was will bring that to San Mateo next weekend - be interesting to check it out.
az1103 Posted December 12, 2008 Author #3 Posted December 12, 2008 Having looked at the price and specs: Voyager is 4 inches shorter and 20 pounds heavier than Venture and at only a thousand less without CB or intercom it's realy overpriced.....and overweight....
skydoc_17 Posted December 12, 2008 #4 Posted December 12, 2008 Hey Alex, Nice pics of the show! Who makes the trike kit and did you notice a price? Thanks, Earl
az1103 Posted December 12, 2008 Author #5 Posted December 12, 2008 (edited) Hey Alex, Nice pics of the show! Who makes the trike kit and did you notice a price? Thanks, Earl Sorry Earl, I didn't notice the maker but I assume Honda will know since both bikes were Hondas. It is both unusual and good looking, sort of reminiscent of the spyders but more stable looking. Judging by the fit and finish not cheap.... Correction, went back and enlarged the original photo : Vertika Trykes, USA is the seller, but still no price. They have a site VertikaTrikes-usa.com Edited December 12, 2008 by az1103

I Still like it. Doesn't the weight mean less than the balance? I would want to ride one before I make I final decision. Of course, my real hope is Yamaha comes out with something new by 2010. I bet there will be things we don't like about that too.
autopilot Posted December 13, 2008 #7 Posted December 13, 2008 They have a site VertikaTrikes-usa.com Couldn't find one!
az1103 Posted December 13, 2008 Author #8 Posted December 13, 2008 Try: www.vertikatrykes-usa.com I was just there! And if you get some prices, let us know!
