barend Posted November 20, 2008 Posted November 20, 2008 Looked down today on my way home and I am passing 55 in 5th while running 2600 RPM, about 500 shy of normal. coming to a stop I am showing about 1900 which slowly drops down to about 12. Seems somthing is sticking. Outside temp was about 57, although she was sitting in an unheated building which was considerably colder. Is this a cable drive? (Can't find it in the service manual) If not, can you lubricate the RPM gauge?
KiteSquid Posted November 21, 2008 Posted November 21, 2008 Your bike has an RPM guage??? Mine doesent!!!! Can you post a photo of it?
barend Posted November 21, 2008 Author Posted November 21, 2008 All those bikes and none have a RPM guage?? Maybe you should buy a Real bike, ... maybe a Mk1:big-grin-emoticon: (jk) I'll see what I can do about the pic, lest someone else has one floating around. Barend
