I just got home from New York late last night and had a phone message from the Oberlin Hotel saying they had changed my hotel check in date to June 6th with a new confimation number.

 

Right away I figured the date must have changed and I thought how amazing it was that I didn't have to call to confirm if I was in agreement with the new date.

 

I didn't panic, when I woke up this morning I was able to get on the Venture site, (which by the way I was really missing since last Saturday) and go through all the messages and here is the update confirming the information that the hotel had left on my answering machine.

 

I look forward to attending my first Maintenace Day. And even better I got a great message and invite from Mother to join him and others riding down to Oberlin.

My Mother doesn´t ride a bike. Great that yours does though. Bet she is one mean motorcycle Mama. :rotf::rotf:

Everyone needs to call the Oberlin and confirm they will be able to be there on the 6th.

I have not been on the site for a few days and had forgotten about calling to change my reservations. When I picked up the mail today there was a letter from the Oberlin Inn, they had changed my reservation to Jun 5 for me. What a good bunch of folks.

Just recvd letter from Oberlin Inn, noticed date was changed??? Quick check VR calender, oh no, Maint. day is now same day as Daughters Graduation, Grad date is tentative so We still mite be able to make it:doh: I would really hate to miss it. Craig
