Looks like it would tip over without having two people in it. Don't know that I would ride that in the mountains.

It is not a stolen Carver, they have licensed the tilt tech from Carver. The prototypes are a lot better streamlined than the Carver. They are trying to achieve 100 mpg with the hybrid, we will see!
