Oldseadog Posted November 9, 2008 Share #1 Posted November 9, 2008 I would like to send out a huge thank you to Rod. I’m glad that you were able to take the time and show me some of the country around San Diego. I really enjoyed the ride and meeting Blackjack. I also want to thank Rose. Together they made this old sailor feel quite welcome. Oh yes, thanks to Rod I know what I will be replacing my 1st gen. with, someday. (soon?) rod Posted November 9, 2008 Share #4 Posted November 9, 2008 No problem. We had a good time and were glad to meet you. I had to take Rose on a ride yesterday because she was jealous that she did not get to go Friday. The weather was perfect and no wind. Rod

Oldseadog Posted November 11, 2008 Author Share #7 Posted November 11, 2008 I've been thinking the last couple of days, there might be room in the stable for a younger brother and put collector plates on the 1st gen. This way I can keep riding the '84 and a newer model for longer trips. I think I'm getting hooked on Ventures.
