Hey folks,

I'm the Safety Manager here where I work. We are a foundry, and I buy Kevlar coats and chaps for the guys to prevent burns.

The supplier sent us some chaps that were too long so I had to cut a foot off of them to make them fit.

I was thinking that this material would work great for someone to make a pair of draggin' jeans if they were skilled with a sewing machine.

The material is Carbon/Kevlar and is 12"x26". Should be enough to cover the seat and knees of a pair of jeans.

If you want it, I'll be happy to send it to you free of charge. Figured it beats throwing it away.

Bob

heh... when I saw the subject of this post, I thought is wuz gonna be about these young kids wearing jeans that are 5 sizes too big, letting them ride 1/2 way down their butt and the bottom of the legs draggin on the ground..

Those Draggin Jeans are a good Product. Their from Australia and as i've spoken with their Top Rep here in Germany last Year in November, they had some Hassles with the US Rep, but if you like riding in Jeans, this is the Way to go. The Problems should be solved by now.

Hi Bob,

If no one has expressed an interest in the material, I have a use for it.

So, if it's still available, shoot me a PM and I'll send you an address....

Thanks

Russell
