On our last trip up the Blue Ridge I got too close to something and cracked one of the fenders. I contacted Tom to get the cost of a replacement. He had me send him a picture of the fender, since he has used two different types on the XL. The day after I sent him the picture, he asked for my address and send me a new fender at no charge!!! He did not even want the cost of shipping. Other companies could learn alot about customer service from this guy. If you are in the market for a trailer be sure to contact Tom at Piggy Backer. In Canada we have large license plates for trailers and the bracket broke no big deal, had it welded and it is fine. I tow mine behind the bike and my truck, and I definetly have towed it more than 10,000 miles (between the two vehicles).
