Try hotter plugs DPR7EA9, that solved it with my 83, it was fouling on the same cylinder.

GeorgeS Posted October 15, 2008 #9 Posted October 15, 2008 thanks george! "Maybe" you should check the " Y " key on your keyboard, I think it may be malfunctioning.. OK, I will check it, but that won't fix the bike

Venturous Randy Posted October 16, 2008 #11 Posted October 16, 2008 I bet if you pull the cover off the side of that carb, you will see that the diaphram has holes in it, causing it to run rich. You probably need to check all four diaphrams. RandyA

Riceburner30281 Posted November 6, 2008 Author #16 Posted November 6, 2008 Got it running.. rode it for 20 miles and started running like crap again.. I'm guessing the plug is fouled again.. My dad had cleaned the carb(right rear) and changed the corresponding spark plug..
Yammer Dan Posted November 6, 2008 #17 Posted November 6, 2008 Sea-Foamed it?? Plug wire. What did Diaphragm look like?
