Early bulletin from Honda on the 2009 Models:

http://powersports.honda.com/motorcycles/touring_sport_touring/model.asp?ModelName=2009+Gold+Wing+Audio%2FComfort%2FNavi%2FXM&ModelYear=2009&ModelId=GL18HPNM9

See if you can tell by looking at the link what they added to the 2009 Goldwing.

Other new news from Honda – the DN01 (Cool looking Automatic bike) is coming to the US. That’s about it (besides a few new dirt bikes – fuel injected). Honda’s official announcement is next week.

Also – the new Suzuki’s are out. There is a new Boulevard M90 and a smaller Boulevard M50 (Black and Limited models as well) and new colors. The GXR1000 has been redone and there is a new standard model called the Gladius.

Man I do like the looks of the 1800 Wings in yellow. And I am really going to have to find a dealer to take one of those DN-01's for a ride. Not that I'm in the market for a new one, but that thing looks crazy!

love the addition of the tire pressure indicator and making the heated seat and grips standard .that accounts for the price increase on the standard model. don't know if i could handle the yellow. :2133:

yellow is cool. and they look sharp, but not to inconspicuous. there is a guy in our area that rides a yellow wing. he has the whole nine yards. yellow helmet, riding suite, and yellow boots. you can see him coming. he almost resembles a bumble bee. :2133:

I heard from a local dealer that if there are to be any major changes to the Goldwing they will come when the company starts its manufacturing overseas. I'm waiting to see what Honda and Yamaha come up with before I make my next move.

i've heard 2000cc's, and a six speed for starters. neither one is really needed. can't think of anything i would want changed on mine, accept power outlets standard, and five years worth of free gas. lol :2133:
