bruff Posted October 1, 2008 #1 Posted October 1, 2008 i recently bought an 08 venture , the backrest/luggage compartment has a lot more vibration comming from that area than the rear seat or other areas is this a charactristic of this bike?
Tom Posted October 2, 2008 #2 Posted October 2, 2008 are you keeping the engine reved high? Alot of newcomers to the RSV try riding it like a Vtwin and these bikes need high RPM. If thats not the problem carb sync may be needed,my experience is most dealers do not have a clue on how to do this correctly.
