83 rear axle washer question

What is the correct location of the thick washer on the right side of rear axle?

 

Is it against the wheel hub or against the swing arm?

 

This affects the rear caliper arm mounting position.

 

The service manual does not clearly show this that I can find.

It goes up against the caliper bracket on the swingarm side. Not against the hub. See this thread for some close-up pictures.
