My compressor builds up about 6 or 7lbs of pressure then I get an E2 code. If I unhook the compressor and put my air nossle in the hose while pressing front or rear the shock/forks fill up and show/hold the correct pressure. Is there a fix for this, it's obviously the compressor or am wrong?

What the problem is on the E2 and other E codes is the solder is cracking on the pins where the wiring plugs in to the CLASS control module. Remove the module from the panel and open it up. Gently remove the flat cable that ties the two havles together. You will see the small pins in the board that the plug attaches to. On the back side of the board look really close at where the pins are mounted and you will more than likely see very fine cracks around the some of the pins or all. Stress and vibration at its best.

A lite touch with a soldering iron and resin core solder will fix that right up. I do mean a lite touch. Heat the iron, coat with solder and just enough time on the pin to melt the old and apply the new.

I did mine 3,000 miles ago and it worked like a charm. No more codes.

It's a really simple fix and it does the job.

Oh, and if you feel the need to clean the circuit board of dust or what ever, use a hair paint brush! The nylon ones can create static and like any circuit board you want to avoid that.
