Flatout cycles

I ordered a part on Monday from Flatout and was a little concerned that it wouldnt make it here by this weekend as I start my vacation. I called Flatout on Wed and spoke to Chris. Let me tell you something....It was a pleasure speaking to someone at a dealer who actually expressed a genuine concern with my problem. He promised to get it out overnite once it arrives from Yamaha, at the regular shipping price no less. Talk about bending over backwards to help out!!

 

Lets see......great prices and exceptional service.....no brainer where im getting any future parts from. Plus hes a member here too!!

Update: Chris e-mailed me back today to say the part came in and it will be overnighted to me so I should have it on Monday as promised. (UPS is closed on Sat). Im impressed!

Part Update: The new regulator/rectifier arrived this AM just as Chris at Flatout promised. Thanks Chris for your help in this matter.
