Centerstand for 2nd gen RSV?

Hello Guys

Is there a center stand out there that will fit a 2004 RSV? I have looked some on the net with no results. I know if there is one somewhere you guys will know about it. Thanks

I got one, I love it. Bike takes up less room in the garage and makes tire pressure checks and oil changes a snap.

 

Just buy a 1st gen centerstand off ebay and make your own brakets per the bracket article and your off.

Do you have to take off the existing side stand when the center stand is installed?

 

It must be a bear to get the Venture on a center stand, if you are not tall enough.

The existing side stand can stay. Putting my RSTD on the center stand is no tougher than any other bike I've had. I like mine. It is a used first gen stand I bought from Freebird. I don't use it often, but when I do it is very nice to have. Only problem for me is it drags first when making tight left turns.

Diamond R makes one also, but it doesn't lift the rear. I have one and really only use it on level concrete when I'm checking/changing oil, etc.

Bodean, I have a Freebird centerstand for sale. It already has the brackets and hardware. It was about 115 new I think. Make me a reasonable offer if your interested.
