BradT Posted September 26, 2008 Author #3 Posted September 26, 2008 Works for me. Must be just your computer. It is dying. Aren't you one who can't see my sig pics when they show up for everyone else? NO I can not see your pics, but never could and I could see the pop ups before. This dam thing is always acting up. Can not get a new one as this one is not three years old yet. The laptop is a company computer and is only about 18 months old. HArd disk is about full and is a pain in the butt. Brad
Ponch Posted September 26, 2008 #4 Posted September 26, 2008 I notice when the main page opens, this function does not work. But if I go to the end of the main page posts, click "more", the fuction works then. If I hit "Home", it disappears again. Ponch
flb_78 Posted September 26, 2008 #5 Posted September 26, 2008 I've never had that option. I didn't know it was available for this site. I'm sure it's somewhere in your user settings.
flb_78 Posted September 26, 2008 #6 Posted September 26, 2008 edit, It does not work on the home page for me, it only works in the forum itself. I rarely go into the forum and mostly just watch the homepage so I never used that feature.
Aimhigh Posted September 26, 2008 #7 Posted September 26, 2008 Works for me. Must be just your computer. It is dying. Aren't you one who can't see my sig pics when they show up for everyone else? I cannot see your pictures, either. the box doesn't show up for me unless i go to "new posts"

BuddyRich Posted September 26, 2008 #9 Posted September 26, 2008 I can only tell you that as a professional we usually find nothing wrong with the computer or the site ..
Freebird Posted September 26, 2008 #10 Posted September 26, 2008 It's working fine for me and I can see all your pics.
SilvrT Posted September 26, 2008 #11 Posted September 26, 2008 I always click on "New Posts" ... that is where I get the "popup" but not on the "Home" page.

Sunman Posted September 27, 2008 #13 Posted September 27, 2008 Works for me. Must be just your computer. It is dying. Aren't you one who can't see my sig pics when they show up for everyone else? I can see your pics just fine, but I am not sure why you put up pictures of 3 little red X's? Must be an inside joke.
Bummer Posted September 27, 2008 #14 Posted September 27, 2008 Any chance those with problems are using Internet Exploder as their browser?
Freebird Posted September 27, 2008 #15 Posted September 27, 2008 I don't normally use IE but am doing so at this moment after reading your post. Everything is working as it should with IE 7. I would suspect security settings, firewall settings or popup blocker settings.
Condor Posted September 27, 2008 #16 Posted September 27, 2008 I got a question. When the preview window shows, is there a timer some where that can be set to give us more time to read the dang thing. I'd like to see it open forever.... It must be a control on the site. When on Netflix the the windows stay open as long as you're hovering over the discription.... On VRO it doesn't last long enough to read some of the longer posts.
