16000 mile maintenance

The manual call for the steering head and swingarm to be greased at this time. The dealer is saying it will take 8 to 10 hours of labor or $640.00 to $800.00 dollars. Is there some way to grease these areas with out disassembling the motorcycle?

I feel your pain. I'm taking my 07 in tuesday for the same thing. $800 quote. I did the rest of the 16K maintenance myself. Carb sync, clean air filters, new iridium plugs, oil change, etc.
