During the maintenance day at Don's, a few folks were telling me about some material that could be used to repair the plastic on the Ventures. I did not take any notes and memory being what it is (or in my case - isn't), I do not remember what the stuff was called or where you could get it. Anyone out there remember this conversation or the material mentioned?

Thanks ahead of time.

Or, get the 2 part plastic epoxy specifically for the right compound plastic (ABS), made by Permatex, Devcon, etc from Wally World, Auto Zone, etc and scraps of plastic fabricated to approximately the right size. The epoxy can be sanded, acts like filler, and can be painted, and holds great!

Hey Rocket, Plastex is available in Canada, and I should be able to order it through them? I have to check this out.

Yup, http://www.plastex.ca/ You can order it through home hardware, as previously stated in the other post, but they seem to only list the smaller sizes online.

Rocket, thanks, I'll check Home Hardware out this weekend when I get home. I have a couple of small cracks on my fairing. Must have fallen over on one of the POs. :thumbsup2:
