Radio Problems 2nd gen

I have a 2000 mm edition. My front speakers quit working first then my left speakers in my headsets stated buzzing and then quit.I split the fairing and checked all of the connections. No improvements.I priced a new radio for almost $1000.00

Any suggestions,Fixes,Etc.....

not sure about the headset problem but i'm on my third set of front speekers and they need to be changed i don't know why but they seem to short out and effect my whole audio system.

I replaced my front speakers with J&m's the winter before last. Maybe I should unplug them and see if that helps.
