Single color and a few chrome extras like the handlebar switch housings and the Chrome front forks...thats pretty much it, all the rest is the same.

Along with the chromed forks, the four stainless covers at the top of them will be buffed to a high polish instead of a brushed finish. I've heard that the S stands for shiny, but I've never heard it from Yamaha themselves.

 

The brushed covers can be buffed out if you would want. I did it to mine.
