Goldwing seat mounted on Mk2

Has anyone tried to mount a Goldwing seat on a VR? I was looking at GW1500 seats today on ebay and they look very comfy. I realize I'll have to move the trunk back. Might look for a cheap deal and try it this winter.

Just looking for a better seat. Have a Corbin on it now. Also tried the stock one. I love my VR but I'm missing the saddle on my GW.

So you became very attached to it, just as long as it"s not glued to your butt........... I have not heard myself, of anyone putting a GW seat on a VR.

The big reason I bought a Venture, was the seat as oppossed to a GW, and you liked the GW better? I find it always seems to be pushing me forward, and I liked to stay put. So it's Venture for me, but to each his own, and if you like the Venture and the GW seat,,try it,, you might like it and make a better ride for you.
