ricky lopckhart Posted September 14, 2008 #1 Posted September 14, 2008 I was wandering if I could get some feedback about how to eliminate background noise such as engine whine and wind noise in my headsets? It seems like the noise at times is worst than others. I have read earlier about some riders using the product made by Mic-Mutes. Is this the best thing to use or is there other things I might need to do? Thanks:mustache:
BradT Posted September 14, 2008 #2 Posted September 14, 2008 I get a ticking sound or a real bad screeching noise seems like the problem is in one of the wire to the headsets. Turning the wheel to the left seems to correct this for a little while. Maybe your intercom is set too loud. Or you could just turn up the tunes. Brad
TEW47 Posted September 15, 2008 #3 Posted September 15, 2008 Hope someone has an answer to this, my mike really makes the whine real loud. In fact I unpluged my headset because it made the whine so loud. I have the afoam cover over the mike. tew47
