I'd suggest running up I-78 to Rte - 33 up to Stroudsburg and jump on 209... Truckers used to call it the Ho Chi Mihn Trail but then they closed it to Trucks... It runs alongside the Delaware Water Gap and right through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area... It's a pretty nice ride and it dumps you out on I-84 at the PA, NY, and NJ state lines... where you can take 17 up or go I-84E to I-87 the New York Thruway... depends on how much time you got... But the ho chi mihn will only take maybe 1/2 hour more than the interstates... Not including stops..
