I have not had my bike but about 4 months and have not taken any long trips on her, this sounds like a good chance and for a good cause. Let me know if this would be possiable.

I will be leaving very early Fri. morning to head to Memphis, along with Jamie and whoever else is going from this area. Our route will be over to Birmingham on I-20 then a state 4 lane hwy all the way to Memphis. Its a great ride and very good road, I will get you route numbers or a map. If you guys want to join with us, more the merrier, and you can always come in on Friday and stay here and then leave with us on Sat. morning. Still holding your reservation.

I figured you were going I20 then Highway 78 up to Memphis.

 

The funny thing is, we will be coming through Memphis on our way back from out West the previous weekend.

 

Don't know if I can handle that much Memphis in 1 week.

 

Also, we will be going by the Yamaha dealer that sells cheap in Mississippi

78 from Memphis to Birmingham is a great Ride ( Brand new Interstate. I came back from sturgis that way and it also cross the Natchez Trace parkway and once you get on I-20 east from Birmingham you also go by the Barber Motorsports museum for some possible side trips on the way back If I go I probably plan on hitting these on the way back.
